Framing First Floor

The first floor walls are up.  That was quick.

Front view of house.  Side load garage is on the left.

Rear of the house.  Bump out in the middle is the Morning Room.  The bump out on the right is the First Floor bedroom.

Right rear of house.  Big back yard.

Right front of house.

Right side of house.  We opted for almost all of the optional windows.

Looking into house through left window on right side of house.  This will be the Living Room.

Looking into house through middle window on right side of house.  This will be the Family Room.

Looking into house through right window on right side of house. This will be the Family Room.

Front of house. Full porch will sit on the half foundation wall.

  1. I love this part of the build. Every day is MAJOR changes and POOF!, you have a house standing before you. I love the grooved basement walls. Is that standard for your development? Or was that a request?

    1. The brick-patterned poured concrete is a local thing, I believe. The basements were poured by the same company for both builders. I like it a lot. It adds character to an otherwise plain wall.
