Exterior colors

I stopped at the model today to get a preview of the color choices, so we could think about the different options before our meeting on Sunday.  There is a 2 page list of color schemes they have already picked.  You pick out the one you like best.

Here is the color scheme we are looking at:
(Update: We made some changes once we had the siding in front of us)

UAX UEK

Brick - Boral (Sugar Creek)

Vinyl siding - Variform by PlyGEM (Spanish Olive) (Irish Thistle)

Shaker siding - Variform by PlyGEM (Natural Almond) (Sandy Tan)

Front door - Sherwin Williams (Fiery Brown, SW 6055) (Black Fox SW 7020)

Shutters - Variform by PlyGEM (Tricorn Black, SW 6258) (Dark Berry)

  2. Thanks for posting the pics. Looking at the colors on PlyGEM's website the colors listed for the model seem darker. Maybe outside in the sun the colors are lighter.

    1. Yes, Irish Thistle is a darker green. All the colors seem to vary in the light and depending if it's overcast. Irish Thistle has a grey undertone to it especially when it's overcast. Silver Mist siding there is nothing "silver" to it. It's a very light cream color. Spanish Olive looks more like beige/green. Color names are very deceiving. Really Google the names like crazy and research blogs. Don't just look on the Plygem website. If you want, I just took a picture of my future neighbor's house today for her and she has Spanish Olive. I can send to you.
